HEY, I’M HILARY
& I know the high-functioning anxiety thing
You’ve probably already tried to ease your anxiety — talking to friends, reading books, maybe even seeing doctors, but nothing seems to stick. The stress, self-doubt, and pressure to hold it all together are still there, leaving you exhausted and wondering if this is really how life has to feel.
That’s where I come in. I help high-achieving young adults and professionals in New York who feel anxious, burned out, and stuck in cycles of overthinking. My approach blends proven therapies that calm the mind and body with practical steps you can use right away. Just as important, therapy with me is a place where you can finally say the things you’ve been holding in and feel truly understood.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with training in mind-body approaches like CBT, ACT, IFS, and somatic therapy. Beyond the credentials, I’m also a mom, an athlete, and a reality TV enthusiast who knows what it’s like to search for balance in a busy life. Clients often describe me as patient, grounded, and empathic — someone who listens deeply and helps them find both relief and clarity.
If you’re ready for less stress and more ease, I’d love to support you.

Steady. Curious. Compassionate
What to expect in our work together
Evidence-Based,
Mind-Body Focused
I integrate evidence-based cognitive and somatic therapies so we’re not just talking about your anxiety, we’re working with both mind and body to regulate the nervous system and promote healing and harmony.
Personalized
Support
I work with a limited number of clients so I can give each person my full presence and attention. Outside of sessions, I stay connected to the latest research and resources to ensure the depth and quality of your care. Your therapy is individualized and responsive, paced to fit your needs.
Rooted in Your
Strengths
Even when anxiety is loud, there are parts of you that already know what you need. With empathy, curiosity, and guidance, I’ll help you reconnect with that inner clarity, which includes honoring your strengths, softening self-criticism, and finding practical steps that actually make a difference in your daily life.
What working with me feels like
Therapy with me is collaborative, supportive, and practical.
We’ll look at what’s working in your life, what feels overwhelming, and how to create lasting shifts.
My style blends cognitive tools (like learning to quiet self-critical thoughts and set healthier boundaries) with somatic approaches that help you tune into your body, regulate your nervous system, and feel more grounded in the present.
I believe therapy isn’t about “fixing” you —
it’s about helping you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and cultivate a life that feels authentic, balanced, and fulfilling.
