Anxiety, Trauma & IFS Therapy in New York

WHEN YOUR MIND FEELS
LIKE ITS NEVER OFF

Replaying yesterday’s conversations

Overthinking today’s to-do list

Obsessing over tomorrow’s what-ifs

It’s like having a dozen tabs open in your mind, always running at once, always demanding your attention. With so much uncertainty and constant change in the world, it can feel hard to find your footing, like the ground shifts just as you’re trying to feel settled.

From the outside, your life might look fine. You may have supportive friends, a good job, even a relationship. But none of it feels like you hoped. Especially when wounds from relationships make it hard to fully trust, relax, or feel at ease with others.

You focus on your calendar, reminders and notes app to feel productive and on-track. You scroll to escape, binge shows to quiet the noise. Afterward, there’s still the tension in your body, looping thoughts, and a sense that something’s off-an inner restlessness that no amount of doing seems to soothe.

YOU DON’T HAVE TO FIGURE
THIS OUT ON YOUR OWN

If you're feeling stretched thin by the pressure, the overthinking, the self-doubt…

If you’re ready to stop spinning and start feeling more grounded…

If you keep finding yourself in familiar patterns—working hard to feel secure, second-guessing your needs, or feeling alone even when you’re not…

If you want therapy that’s both practical and profound…

Therapy doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. Our conversations will move at a pace that feels safe, steady, and supportive.

I’d love to support you.

I’m Hilary, an Anxiety, Trauma & IFS Therapist in New York

I work with anxious young adults and professionals in New York who often feel like they’re living in overdrive-and I’ve been there too. That lived experience, combined with my training, helps me meet you where you are, not with judgment, but with curiosity and compassion.

My clients often come in feeling overwhelmed and leave with:

  • Knowledge & tools to calm racing thoughts & regulate their nervous systems

  • Greater awareness of their inner parts and patterns

  • More self-trust, compassion, and clarity

  • A deeper connection to their voice, needs, and value

I also specialize in helping people heal from trauma in relationships, the subtle, lingering wounds that make it hard to feel safe, seen, or connected even when life looks “together” from the outside.

My specialties include Trauma Therapy, Anxiety Therapy, and IFS Therapy.

Let’s see if working together feels like a good fit. You can ask questions, share what’s going on, and get a sense of how I work. This step is completely pressure-free, just a space for us to connect.

You deserve support that’s calm, compassionate, and tailored to you. Schedule your free 15 -minute consult .
